A new publication for people of Czech descent
launched June 25, 2008 in Nebraska.

The Czech Slavnosti (Celebration) is heralding the Czech culture and heritage in Nebraska and across the United States with news, features, profiles of Czech Nebraskans, recipes, folklore, traditions and coverage of all major Czech celebrations across the state. Articles are in English with some in Czech as well, including some language lessons.

The Czech Slavnosti is just as the name indicates, a celebration of ‘All Things Czech’ and is highlighting the past with helping generations of Czechs in Nebraska and abroad move forward into the future.

The Slavnosti is generated in Wilber, Nebraska, the Czech Capital of the Nebraska as well as the United States, and is published six times a year.
