PAYMENT POLICY:
Acceptance for any CZECH REPUBLIC TOUR will be upon receipt of completed registration and full payment by credit card. The credit card holder must be one of the passengers traveling in the booking. Full payment must be received at least 90 days before tour starts. Full refund less $100 admin. fee per person for any cancellation received in writing within 90 days prior to departure. No refund will be made due to non cancelation notice. In addition, the following schedule of cancellation charges will be levied if any cancellation is received in writing by mail or e-mail prior to departure within 89-60 days: 25% of cost; 59-45 days: 50% of cost; 44-30 days: 75% of cost; 29 days or no shows: 100% of cost. This is LAND ONLY tour. LINCONNECTION USA/Czech Tours & Travel is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to cancellations, whether by the customer or by LINCONNECTION USA/Czech Tours & Travel. The cost of the tour is based on approximation of seats sold, today’s figures and currency exchange rate. Cost of the tour may be subject to increase. Any unused services or meals while on tour will not be returned. We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to lack of subscription in which event a full refund will be made. Travel Medical Insurance - Medical health insurance is obligatory in the Czech Republic for all its citizens as well as for all foreigners staying on the territory of the Czech Republic.
The travel medical insurance must confirm the following requirements:
1) coverage of costs incurred as a result of injury or sudden illness and medical repatriation to the country whose travel document you hold or where you hold a residence permit;
2) coverage of up to the amount of at least 30,000 EUR (approx. $45,000);
3) cover the entire period of your stay.
Travel Insurance Waiver:
If for whatever reason I/we deside not to purchase Travel Insurance, I/we acknowledge that I/we have been offered this coverage by LINCONNECTION USA / Czech Tours & Travel, but have chosen to decline. I am/we are aware of the cancellation penalties associated with the trip and any additional expenses. By declining the travel insurance I am/we are assuming all risks and the financial responsibility of those non - refundable penalties, medical and other expenses should I/we have to cancel or interrupt my/our travel.
RESPONSIBILITY:
LINCONNECTION USA/Czech Tours & Travel, tour host, nor any other persons or vendors connected with the tour shall not under any circumstances be liable to the client under by reason of this agreement directly or indirectly for any accidents, injury (including death), delay, errors & omissions, neglect, loss of enjoyment, damage or inconvenience caused to the client, caused by negligence of others, by malfunction of transportation system or equipment, by act of God, war, hostilities/terrorism, strike or theft or any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party who is to or does provide any goods or services for the tour. The client hereby releases the above mention company and persons from any and all such liability. We reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour. Daily tour departures are set to meet the scheduled program. It is every ones responsibility to be on time in order not to be left behind! Any request must be done in writing - only written confirmations are valid. Any and/or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall not have nor incur any responsibility to the traveler aside from their liability as common carriers.
Tour member/s understand that LINCONNECTION USA/Czech Tours & Travel reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its programs, and hereby agree that LINCONNECTION USA/Czech Tours & Travel may use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes without any remuneration to the participant. The participant agrees to assign all right, title and interest they may have in or to any media in which their name or likeness might be used to LINCONNECTION USA/Czech Tours & Travel.

YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT EACH COUNTRY HAS PARTICULAR FEATURES WHICH MAY NOT APPEAL TO YOU INCLUDING WEATHER, FOOD, LOCAL CUSTOMS, ETC. THERE MAY BE DIFFERENT LIVING STANDARDS, PRACTICES AND DIFFERENT STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PROVISION OF UTILITIES, SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC & OTHER COUNTRIES TO BE VISITED. SUCH STANDARDS MAY OR MAY NOT BE COMPARABLE TO THOSE YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENTS IN YOUR COUNTRY. BY PURCHASING THIS TOUR, WE ASSUME THAT YOU HAVE MADE ALL REASONABLE INQUIRES ABOUT THE TRAVEL SERVICE.
