We need to process your request at least 2 weeks before your arrival! Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you after we receive your Registration form. It will also indicate required payment. Afterwards, the “PRAGUE SPECIAL” voucher will be sent to you as a PDF document via email. Cancellation received by us in writing up to 7 days prior to arrival: there is $ 20 per person handling fee. Cancellation 6 to 3 days prior to arrival: 50% of the price; 2 days or less prior to arrival or no show is non refundable.


After receiving your registration, we will e-mail you your confirmation and then you may charge the proper amount.
